Before the actual production begins, we could help turn your design into a sterling sample. With our in-house sample room that is always ready to make you prototype, we offer you a good start in making your clothes into a reality.
Tech Pack
We can help our client to develop tech packs if needed. lt includes SKETCH, BILL OFMATERIAL, TECH DETAILS, ACC PAGE, LABEL & TAG SPEC. Tech pack can be updated with all the correct information for production when samples are made and approved.
*Cost to make tech pack separately: $90-200 per style based on details.
Fabric & AccessorySourcing
With China' s strong fabric and accessory production capability, we have fabric market located in the vicnity to purchase stock fabric for almost all kinds of fabrics. They could also be made to request for weaving, dying and printing. Located in Shanghai, acces-sories market here could also supply all sorts of needed items.
Pattern Making
Our pattern makers have more than 20 years experience to work with overseas cli-ents on all kinds of garments, using computer software like Gerber, Lectra, Tuka, and Pgm. When we receive designs from clients, pattern makers can follow client' s mea-surement instruction of their design. In the scenario where the clients only have the sketch and have no idea about measurement, pattern makers can also use their expe-rience to judge and make the first pattern for the clients.
Sample Making
We have experienced sewing workers to make the sample, using the suitable tech-nique for production. First sample wil use correct or close fabric/accessories to allow the clients to have a sense of what the final products would look like.
*Cost to make samples separately: $60-180 per piece based on individual cases
Fitting
We send our finished sample to clients for your advice for revision and adjust accord-ingly. in this way we make sure that we produce the sample you want. Usually one time adjustment is ok for most of the styles.
